Day of Coordination Services
You expect your wedding day to run smoothly and according to plan and Day-of Coordinators make sure that happens!
- Meetings: Starting 1 month before the event, the coordinator will work through contingencies, timelines, etc. to facilitate the day of the wedding.
- Rehearsal: The coordinator will run the rehearsal the day before, and help with up to 4 hours of set up the day before.
- Wedding Day: Direction of vendors, staff management, timeline management, working with photographers and entertainment on proper cue timing.
- End of Night: Couple send off and venue clean up. Interaction with vendors to confirm pickup of rentals.
The goal is to make sure the couple, their families, and their guests are all guests at the event!
