I am so grateful for the knowledgeable support and professional direction John and Elli provided me with as my wedding coordinators. Within two weeks of my engagement, my fiancé and I watched the entire nation shut down with the COVID-19 surge in the Spring of 2020. It was like stumbling into an ocean of unknowns and scrambling to pull together a raft to preserve my hopes of a beautiful wedding. What would the restrictions be at the time of the ceremony? What if only 10 people were permitted to meet in a building? Questions and potential answers swirled like a mad storm in my mind. Elli and John were incredibly stabilizing for me (the bride). They helped me and my fiancé distill our key priorities and establish our budget. Then, we created a plan for an outdoor wedding with a high-quality live-stream. I didn’t realize just how many details an outdoor wedding needed, but John and Elli already had connections for everything— sound system, cameras, power source, lighting, tent, seating, restroom rentals; all those essential things that a bride does NOT think about when dreaming of her wedding day. Together, we made a written plan to cover all the details (including who was responsible for each one), and effectively carried it out. All plans were set and ready to go several days before the wedding. That freed me up to enjoy my wedding, while John and Elli competently handled the details. We would recommend their services to anyone planning a wedding!
